Shipment delivery time for ready stock item in 7-14 business days and pre-order item will be delivered in 2 weeks - one month of business days.


Delay
Delay of delivery might happen due to public holiday.


Sales taxes, or other taxes, customs, import/export charges
Sales taxes, or other taxes, customs, import/export charges, or similar governmental charges are not included in the price of the Products.

Kimyra Style Ventures will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.


1. Exchange - on any defective items, We will do exchange only. 


2. No refund - on not suitable, not match, change mind situation. 


3. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 7 days of receiving date. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

What if I received a damaged/ defective?


- Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged. 


- Please email or ws Our Sales Team as soon as possible.


- Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.


- Every refund will be process 7 Days or customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value higher.


- Customer needs to send picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.


- Postage fee will be borne by Kimyra Style Ventures


- Once the item has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.


Do inform us of the item you wish to exchange it with.  I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return and exchange it?

We apologise if the products received was not satisfactory. No, the purchase cannot be return it for an exchange with other product. No monetary refund and sales items are not eligible for this term.


What if I accidentally paid more than once?

It is important that customer do not click the pay button twice even when the browser is not responding. It is best to refresh or cancel the transaction and begin again.


Please note that any exchanges and refunds of items ordered from our website is not valid at our boutique/ store. We will not take any responsibilities for any exchange and refunds at our boutique/store without confirmation from our side.
